Finley Alison In 1778 Finley came to Tennessee with a group Joseph Rhea's followers who came from Piney Creek Presbyterian Church in Frederick County, Maryland. Finley lived on the North side of the Watauga river near his brother John. February 28, 1780 Finley Alison 2447 and 2448 Finley Alison was on the 1812 tax list in Sullivan County, Tennessee. |
